
Mayo, Sligo and Leitrim Education and Training Board (MSLETB) is celebrating a major double success at the Education Awards 2026, with Mayo College of Further Education and Training named Best Further Education Provider and MSLETB winning the Best Collaboration Award – Domestic (Economic, Digital & Workforce Development) in partnership with Gaelchultúr.

The Education Awards ceremony took place on the 16th of April at the Johnstown Estate, Co. Meath, and the awards celebrate innovation, dedication, and outstanding achievements shaping the future of the education industry.
Mayo College of Further Education and Training was recognised for the second year in a row for its unwavering learner-centred approach, strong industry links and consistently high-quality provision across a wide range of programmes. The award reflects the college’s ongoing commitment to supporting learners of all ages to progress into employment, further study and life-long learning, while responding directly to regional and national skills needs.
