We support individuals who wish to learn or improve their existing digital skills, or gain an extra digital certification.
Our flexible course structure empowers participants to learn at their own pace and convenience – whether you are working, caring for family, or preparing for future employment.
Our online courses are fully funded for eligible learners.
Our Course Offer
Learners can enrol at any time and finish the courses in 4 to 16 weeks, depending on the course level and their availability.

Digital Literacy Skills for All Level
Digital Literacy for All is a programme designed to ensure that learners are prepared to succeed in a technology-based world. The programme not only validates a learners’ ability to do more than simply consume technology, it enables them to comprehend the possibilities and form the foundational set of skills necessary to support our modern digital economy.
Microsoft Office Specialist
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) is an industry-recognized certification programme that validates skills in Microsoft Office applications. Microsoft certifications offered at the Ballina Digital Skills Centre include Word, Excel, Word Expert, Excel Expert, and PowerPoint.
IT Specialist Courses
The Information Technology Specialist programme is a way for individuals to validate foundational IT skills sought after by employers. The IT Specialist programme is geared toward candidates who are considering or just beginning a path to a career in information technology. Candidates can certify their knowledge in a broad range of IT topics, including networking, programming languages, cybersecurity, and web development.
