INSTRUCTOR COMMIS CHEF APPRENTICESHIP

The successful candidate will be required to instruct Apprentices on all aspects of the Commis Chef Apprenticeship in both practical and related theory to the prescribed standards at our Sligo Training Centre.
Applicants should possess a formal Culinary Qualification in the Catering/Hospitality industry or equivalent, together with a minimum of five years’ relevant work experience in the catering/hospitality sector. Previous training, instructing or teaching experience is desirable but not essential. A Technical Assessment may be required.
