MSLETB congratulates all learners of the Skills for Remote & Hybrid Workers class on successfully completing their training programme this week. Armed with digital skills in various online environments as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, remote techniques and a QQI Level 5 in customer service, these graduates are ready to enter employment in a remote or hybrid working team.
The programme was run in collaboration with the ICE Group and Tara Learning. The aim of the course is to equip learners with the digital skills, self-awareness, experience, and remote techniques needed to work in a remote team environment.

I really enjoy the programme from the start to the end. Every day, I learned something new which I was not expecting, so each class was a new adventure and that made the course very interesting. The tutors were very knowledgeable and made sure that each student understood what was taught. The One-to-One’s were also helpful for discussing individual questions.
